Thomas Franklin

Chubb is the world’s largest publicly traded insurance company. Chubb Personal Risk Services is the Personal Insurance Division of the corporation.

Tom serves as Executive Content & Communications Manager for Chubb Personal Risk Services (PRS). In this role, Tom manages the internal and external communications needs of the division’s executive leadership team. He also manages internal business communications for the division, helping staff to understand often complex messaging, the topics of which might include: strategy, underwriting, operations, sales and distribution, product and pricing, and more.

Tom has been a member of Chubb Pride for 9 years and served on the Leadership Team for three. He has likewise been a member of the PRS Diversity & Inclusion Council for 9 years and the Co-Chair of its Communications Committee for 3 years.

In April, Tom was awarded the 2019 Personal Risk Services Diversity Award for his work advancing the division’s culture of inclusion over the prior 12 months by organizing several internal and external LGBTQ-focused events that benefited the corporation, its talent and the LGBTQ community.
