Terry Roberts

Terry is Senior Director-Associate General Counsel with American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. (AEO). He is head labor and employment law counsel at AEO and is responsible for providing all aspects of labor and employment law support to AEO’s nearly 40,000 associates globally (located in stores, distribution centers and corporate locations). He also currently is the Chair of the AEO’s Inclusion & Diversity Steering Committee. Terry previously worked in-house at FedEx Ground and also practiced at the law firms of Buchanan, Ingersoll & Rooney, P.C., in its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, office and Vinson & Elkins, LLP, in its Austin, Texas, office. He received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Texas School of Law.
