Stephany Barcomb-Rodriguez

Stephany Barcomb-Rodriguez Stephany is a Risk Adjustment Analyst at Florida Blue, where she focuses on data analytics and reporting needs. She is on the Respect GuideWell Community board as the representative for the Orlando officee, where she coordinates events for the employees, including organizing Florida Blue employees for the Orlando Pride parade. She is instrumental in planning events to help the employees of Florida Blue feel like they belong to a community.

Stephany has always been a highly motivated individual and constantly trying new things. Even though she earned her Master’s in Statistical Computing in May 2018, she currently is working on an Associates of Science to learn about the programming, legal, and design aspects of making video games. This path combines her love of art, writing, and programming together into one fun personal project. She brings that same creative enrgy to Florida Blue and ensures that the members of Respect feel included and enjoy their time at work.
