Mackie Hicks

Mackie Hicks is the Co-Chair of the LGBTQ+ Associate Resource Group at WellCare Health Plans and was instrumental in its launch in 2018. Under Mackie’s leadership, the LGBTQ+ ARG participated in St.Pete Pride and hosted a WellCare campus pride flag raising. In addition WellCare scored 100% on the Corporate Equality Index through the Human Rights Campaign and has created an environment at WellCare that is inclusive to all.
