Lee Rubin
Lee H. Rubin’s career and life has been committed to diversity and inclusion. He is the Senior Manager, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, managing the global Employee Resource Group and Diversity Ambassador programs at Citrix.. He has been involved with the largest LGBTQ civil rights organizations at a national level, was on the national board of governors for the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the board of directors and board chair of the National LGBTQ Task Force, and several South Florida boards, including Our Fund and Slow Burn Theater. In 2015, Lee was named to the SFGN’s Out 50 as one of South Florida’s Most Influential LGBT People. In 2018, the South Florida Business Journal honored him with a Business of Pride Award, which recognized 15 outstanding LGBTQ business leaders, individuals, allies and advocates in the South Florida area who are making a difference in advancing equality in the business world. Lee received his undergraduate degree in Organizational Psychology and Art History from George Washington University and resides in Ft. Lauderdale with his Husband, Jim Walker.
