Natasha Aversano

Natasha Aversano is a Business Strategy and Planning Director in USAA’s Property and Casualty Company. Her responsibilities include prioritizing and allocating resources to support the Property and Casualty Technology Portfolio.

Natasha is also a passionate Ally for the LGBTQI community. Her passion as an ally stems from a deep held belief that everyone has the right to be their authentic self! She is a big proponent of leveraging education to help people open their minds.

One of her proudest achievements is being a founding organizer and member for USAA’s first ever LGBTQI and Ally Business Diversity Group. She currently serves as the Secretary for the USAA Tampa Chapter and assists with planning and participating in events internally to USAA and externally that promote education and LGBTQI equality.

Natasha is married to her amazing and supportive husband Dan and they have three beautiful children who all share a great love for all things Disney.
